• HIGHLIGHTS:
• - Check-in & check-out times are negotiable to suit all parties.
• - Two weeks' advance payment prior or on arrival. Late payment incurs fee.
• - Written agreement and (inter)national ID are usually required prior to arrival.
• - Quiet times around 9 pm to 5 am.
• - Each person cleans up after oneself as one goes.
• - Shoes worn outdoors are not worn indoors.
• - Use trash, recycling and composting bins appropriately.
• - The guest is solely responsible for keeping the guest room clean and tidy at most times during the stay.
• - At the end of the stay, the guest is solely responsible for returning the guest room and its usual contents to the same condition in which they were provided (washed, clean, & in working order) or better.
• - Allow natural lighting and ventilation of the home by using windows, curtains, doors etc to aid air and light flow appropriately for the season, home occupancy, and goal.
