A cozy home

It's a cozy, comfortable, and inviting home. With the warm lighting and personal touches it's a place to curl up on the sofa under a soft blanket in front of a roaring fire. Preferences would be for a female professional or student. The current available room has a queen bed, night stands, chair, lamps, and closet. Happy to provide other furnishings if needed. There is a fully updated shared bathroom and a shared powder room. The home backs onto the field of an elementary school. There are many paths and wooded areas to explore in the neighborhood either on foot or on bicycle. The smallest bedroom is an office, I to work from home 3 out of 5 days a week if possible. There are weights and some gym equipment in the basement.
