Welcome to my home! Hello, my name is Julie, and I would love to welcome guests from all over the world into my home. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and creating a relaxed, friendly environment where you can feel comfortable and at home during your stay in Ireland. I share my home with Ollie, my lovely 12-year-old Cavachon, so a genuine love of dogs is essential! Ollie is an important member of the household, and he will be delighted to welcome a fellow dog lover. I have hosted on other platforms in the past where I gained "super host" status but I am new to homestay and more open to guests staying for longer trips. My home is a modern, clean, cosy and warm red-brick bungalow situated in a quiet residential area of Kilcoole, County Wicklow. Wicklow is often referred to as the "Garden of Ireland". It is an ideal choice for someone who enjoys a peaceful setting, beautiful scenery and a relaxed lifestyle, while still having convenient access to Dublin. The available accommodation is a spacious, comfortable single bedroom, well designed use of the space and furnished to provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy the shared facilities, including: Large sitting room: Relax on one of the sofas, enjoy the lounge space and make use of the extensive TV package with over 100 channels. Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare your own meals and use the shared fridge, freezer and cupboards for food storage. Shared bathroom: Clean and well maintained. Private landscaped garden: Enjoy the peaceful garden and large deck area, a lovely place to unwind when the weather permits. Laundry facilities: Available for your convenience. Fast, unlimited E-Fibre broadband is included, with both Wi-Fi and a fixed network connection available. All household bills are included in the accommodation price, so there are no additional utility charges. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully welcoming you into my home. Warm wishes, Julie
