I live in a privately owned three story house. The property is divided into independent levels. On the ground floor there is a completely private apartment where a family currently lives. The second floor belongs to my mother, who stays there whenever she is in the country. I live on the third floor, which is also where the available room is located. You would be sharing the common areas of this floor with me. The house is very centrally located in the north-central area of Quito, close to many of the city’s main attractions, services, and transportation options. It is a convenient and safe neighborhood, ideal for anyone looking for easy access to the best parts of Quito. To proceed with the booking, I kindly request the following requirements: 1. A copy of your valid ID prior to check in, to be sent by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online. 2. A short video message introducing yourself and briefly explaining the purpose of your trip. Thank you for your understanding.

- Guests may use the kitchen but must clean up immediately after use.
- Bringing strangers into the home is strictly prohibited. Visitors are not allowed without prior approval.
- Guests must respect the property at all times. Any misuse or lack of care will not be tolerated.
- Quiet Hours: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any disturbance during these hours is not permitted.
- Good personal hygiene is required at all times.
- Guests must inform the host in advance of any health condition that could affect shared spaces or the stay.

- Full payment is required in advance to secure the booking. Payments are accepted only via Zelle or Venmo. Details will be provided after confirmation.
- Note: A weekly cleaning fee of $20 will be added to the total.
