A house is available for rent on the first floor, located above my family home with independent access directly from the street via a staircase. It has two bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning unit and bathroom. (Each bedroom has its own price, as shown in the ad. You can choose one of the two, and if you prefer to have the entire house to yourself, you can do so (if the first and/or second bedroom is not rented). The price of the second bedroom will be added to the total price (see ad), with a 30% discount applied. See the ad for the total price of that bedroom.) The first bedroom, or the entire house, includes a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, and a pressure cooker.Along the same hallway towards the back of the house is a pantry with a laundry area. This will be used when the entire house is rented, and it will also serve as a kitchen with a refrigerator if the second bedroom is rented. The second bedroom will also be fully equipped, though it will be a smaller space. At the end of the hallway is the terrace overlooking the patio area, where you can see the surrounding trees. The balcony is located at the entrance of the house, offering a good view of the entire street and neighborhood. We are also close to the Hotel Santiago, Café Palmare, the University's School of Medicine #1 and Construction, as well as other shops and gas stations.
