We are two friends (a Parisian and a Rouennaise sharing a typical southern townhouse with 3 floors and a large terrace in the quiet area of La Roquette. A room on the second floor will welcome you. The shower room with wc are on the 1st floor. The dining room and the kitchen are located on the third floor, in front of the terrace and the beautiful view over the rooftops, not far from the Rhône that we guess. We will take the time to advise you on your visits and activities in the city and in the region rich in heritage. Method of payment: A Paypal account will be informed after making the online reservation on this platform. Please note that we ask our guests to pay us 25% of the reservation amount in advance (after paying the 15% deposit to ). Cancellation Policy: Please note that we ask that our guests inform us of any cancellations at least 10 days before the start of the stay. Cancellations received by us later than 10 days prior to the start of the booking will unfortunately not be refundable.
