Hey lovely humans! I’m Mayumi, me and my partner Bernhard from Austria have something special to offer —a cozy, joyful house where people can come to stay, connect, and feel at home. We live in Guatemala for more than 20 years, but from this year on, we start to live in Japan for a half a year. We want to share our house in Japan living together with respect and joy, art, music, food and love with people from all over the world. We speak Spanish, English, Japanese, German My daughter who was born and raised in Guatemala, also speaks 3 languages. I’m the kind of host who always has music playing, a pot bubbling on the stove, and a laugh ready to share. I’ll be offering personalized tours, amazing local food, dancing nights, and heartfelt conversations around the table. I have a Sushi restaurant and cooking class in Guatemala since 2008. My partner Bernhard has a tattoo studio in Guatemala for more than 20 years.
