Welcome to my artsy townhome in the popular & fun neighborhood of North Park! My guest room is bright and stylish and comes with a private bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Enjoy linen sheets, high quality towels, and complimentary coffee and tea! You'll have full access to most of the house—including the gourmet kitchen, fully furnished patio, beautiful living room, and laundry area. I’m an active, young-at-heart woman who works part-time from home as a graphic and website designer. Must love dogs and welcome my boyfriend who stays with me often (they're both just lovely!). My home is best suited for an independent pereson who’s looking for a quiet and relaxing place to unwind at the end of a busy day. I’ve been hosting exchange students and international guests for over 30 years and love helping each one have an unforgettable experience in San Diego. Hosting travelers is deeply meaningful to me—exploring new places and sharing my city are two of my greatest joys. After spending 4+ years living as an expat on the Azuero Peninsula of Panamá, I’m thrilled to be back in my hometown and excited to welcome you! NOTE: I live in a popular urban area so parking can be a challenge, especially during those times when most people are home. It's much better to use public transportation here! (Please don't ding my rating because of parking because I told you so!)
