You over look the large in ground swimming pool. Plenty of garden area for relaxing. The cottage is private and has its own entrance by foot path either side of main house. On street parking is available at all times with no restrictions regarding parking on street. Regular bus services are within walking distance to and from Manly wharf, Warringah Mall shopping centre and 3 beaches, Freshwater, Curl Curl and Dee Why to name just a few. Within walking distance to the cottage are walking tracks, cricket and netball courts, tennis courts, golf course. lawn bowls club, rugby league fields and pickle ball courts.
