I live in a townhouse,very close to the city centre and major tourist attractions. I am also an Artist and have qualifications in English language teaching, so can help people with their English. The house is sunny, with indoor outdoor living. I am independent and have hosted, many age groups, as I am open minded and enjoy to meet people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.The homestay, mostly suits young independent friendly, active people. English language students are welcome and short term stays, where people are travelling, or relocating.There are also opportunities to go on scenic travelling and artistic, or photophraphic trips, around the south island. This is at request and by negotiation, if I am availiable. Payment is necessary, budget cost.(lower cost travelling)
