Traditional 2 story plus basement in quiet ATL suburb neighborhood, wooded setting. Kitchen and laundry are shared with me and up to 2 other guests. The bathroom is shared with up to 2 other guests. There are 3 bedrooms that guests occupy. I do dog sitting on site, so you must be ok with dogs nearby and some brief occasional noise. Guests should have very little if any, visitors.

House rulesGuest visitors should be VERY limited and with owner notified prior. Personal items are kept in bedroom, not bathroom. Kitchen use should not be excessive and not be done such that my costs are increased while guest saves money. Use of water, power, etc should be conservative and guests aware of proper use. Guest agrees to vacate property if no payment has been made. No mail or receipt of deliveries at my address. Uber eats/etc is fine. Be respectful of me and other guests. Use correct entry/exit.
