= ENGLISH BELOW = *CASA MORINGA · TEMPORARY STAY IN SANTA TERESITA* Hello, my name is Blanca Isela and I offer temporary stays at Casa Moringa, a quiet and welcoming house located in the Santa Teresita neighborhood of Guadalajara. The house's name comes from the moringa tree we have in the garden. Casa Moringa is a small shared house, designed for those seeking their own space within a peaceful, pleasant, and respectful environment. The idea is for it to feel more like a home than impersonal accommodation. In addition to being a house to live in, Casa Moringa is also a space dedicated to art and wellness, so there may occasionally be private activities or therapies in a separate area of the house. * WHO I'M LOOKING FOR I'm preferably looking for a professional or student who is quiet, respectful, clean, and responsible, who enjoys a simple living arrangement and values both shared spaces and personal time. The house is designed for a small number of people—approximately 3 to 4 residents maximum—so good communication and respect among those of us who live here are important to me. I prefer to share the space with women, although I'm open to hosting men if there's good communication and their profile is compatible with the house dynamic. To get to know each other a little before your stay, I would appreciate it if you could share a brief description of yourself, what you currently do, and a photograph when you contact me. * LOCATION Casa Moringa is located in Santa Teresita, a traditional neighborhood in Guadalajara with a very convenient location for getting around the city. It is located approximately: 15 minutes from Downtown Guadalajara 15 minutes from Colonia Americana 15 minutes from Avenida Chapultepec Half a block from the house is a Sunday fruit and vegetable market, and in the surrounding area you will find markets, shops, banks, restaurants, cafes, and other services. There is also good access to public transportation. It is an urban and bustling area, but at Casa Moringa we strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. * THE HOUSE Casa Moringa is a furnished house where we aim to provide comfortable living for a small group. It features: - Private rooms with locks - Shared bathroom - Shared, fully equipped kitchen - Shared washing machine - Garden - Two patios - Terrace - Various common areas for relaxing or simply unwinding The house is designed for a maximum of approximately 3 to 4 residents. Each person has their own private space, while some areas of the house are shared. * INCLUDED SERVICES - Wi-Fi - Water - Gas - Electricity - Sheets, pillows, and towels - Equipped kitchen - Washing machine - Weekly cleaning of common areas * THE ATMOSPHERE: One of the things that matters most to us at Casa Moringa is harmonious living. We strive to maintain a peaceful, clean, and respectful home, where everyone can have their own pace, privacy, and space. We value simple things: keeping common areas clean, respecting each other's schedules and rest, taking care of the house, and communicating clearly when something needs attention. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. * CONDITIONS: To maintain a clear and comfortable living environment for everyone: Room cleaning and laundry service are available at an additional cost. A refundable deposit is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay provided there are no damages or outstanding balances. An initial stay contract will be drawn up. Proof of deposit is required. Before arrival, some basic house rules will be established.
