I live alone north of Quito, near a beautiful park, which was formerly the city airport and other smaller parks near my house. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and clean. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building of 5 apartments. My apartment has two bedrooms, a study, a living-dining room, kitchen, nice terrace with plants.
