The property is in the sought after area of Bare and is a 1 minute walk to the promenade and the beautiful sunset across the bay. There are pubs, cafes, restaurant, laundrette, convenience store, post office, butcher and bakery all within a few minutes walk. The bus stop to Lancaster, Heysham, Carnforth and Kendal is across the road and Bare Lane train station is less than 10 minutes walk. There is a cycle route to Lancaster and there is storage space for bikes.
