My 3 bedroom villa is set in almost 29 acres (115,000sqm) with the most beautiful views of the rolling hills and valley of Rio Mole. The property is just a few minutes from miles of mostly deserted beaches of Saquarema. It is about 90 minutes from Rio De Janeiro and the airports (SDU and GIG). Three bedrooms, one with air conditioning and TV, all have ceiling fans. Outside a family of leaping dolphins watch over a large swimming pool, along side is a shower and toilet, various fruit trees and extensive lawns. This property has total privacy being situated at the end of a half kilometre gated private road. Its perfect here for star gazing as there is no light pollution (telescope available). House rulesNo smoking inside please. You can make as much noise as you like, nobody will hear you. You are welcome to use all facilities of the house but please tidy up when you have a spare moment. You may eat any of the fruit grown on the property, banana, orange, coco nut, limes, avocado and others.
