My house is a space designed for those who want to feel at home while exploring La Pampa or fulfilling their work commitments. Your room: It's a bright and quiet space, ideal for rest. It has a single bed, spotless linens (which we change every 3 days); heating and air conditioning. If you're coming for work or study, you'll have a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi so you can concentrate without interruptions. Shared areas: The Terrace: It's the heart of the house. An ideal place to have breakfast outdoors or watch the sunset over La Pampa with a mate. Living room: a very comfortable three-seater sofa, two more armchairs, a heater, and a Smart TV with all the platforms for your relaxation time. Kitchen and Washing Machine: You'll have full access to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare whatever you like, and to the washing machine. Bathroom: Shared with other guests, always kept clean and tidy. Included Services: Light Breakfast: Coffee, tea, mate, and toast to start your day with energy. Personal Transportation: I'll lend you a bicycle so you can explore the neighborhood, go to Don Tomás Park, or travel to the city center in a healthy way. Location: We're very close to public transportation stops, combining the peace of a residential neighborhood with easy access to any point in the city.
