We are a fun family: Mom (me), Grandma (lives on lower floor) and Teenage daughter (top floor) and our cat. We have a spacious house with a furnished room on the top floor with a shared bathroom (double sinks) with the teenager. We also have a main floor furnished room with a shared bathroom. Both rooms have desks and chairs for studying. Located one block from the bus stop and a 7 min walk to Oakridge Canada Line station. We are all tennis players and love to walk in the neighbourhood. Shops and cafes are a 10-15 minutes walk away.
