Bright room overlooking the garden

Bright, furnished single room with garden views in a detached house, a 5-minute walk from the Parque Polvoranca commuter train station in Leganés (Madrid) and a bus stop 100 meters away. A 20-minute train ride from the center of Madrid, to the Atocha train station (Glorieta de Atocha), and 3 km from the UC3M campus. Excellent transport links. Shared bathroom for two rooms (two students in total). There is a private kitchen for students with its own refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. All utility costs are included in the price. We have hosted many international students in the past... from China, the UK, the USA, India, etc. The atmosphere is very friendly. We have a very affectionate dog that visits us some weekends. We enjoy music. We also have occasional barbecues in the garden.A deposit of one month's rent, payable by bank transfer, is required and will be refunded to the guest upon departure.
