Hi, I'm Costanza—a passionate lover of Rome, good food, and the art of slowing down. After years spent exploring the secrets of the Capital, I decided to open the doors of my home in the heart of the Salario/Pinciano district to offer a different way of traveling: authentic, mindful, and deeply human. I firmly believe that Rome shouldn't just be visited, but experienced by following its most intimate and uncommercial rhythms. For me, hospitality is an act of care. I love sharing with my guests the Rome that mass tourism never touches: dawn walks among the centuries-old pine trees of Villa Borghese, historic neighborhood artisan shops, and the small daily pleasures that make you fall in love with this city. I adore cooking, selecting local wines, and promoting a sustainable lifestyle. At home, you’ll find a welcoming environment, a sincere focus on quality, and a "sentimental" guide written by my own hand to make you feel—from the very first moment—like a true Roman on holiday. I am delighted to welcome solo travelers looking for a retreat with a soul, and as a great animal lover, I have a four-legged companion (Margot) who will always give you a warm welcome! Maximum flexibility for check-in: I work in a wine bar from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. If I am not home when you arrive, I will provide you with the code for self-check-in. I only ask that you stay in touch to keep me updated on your arrival time! Cozy room located on the third floor of a historic 1920s building. It guarantees maximum privacy thanks to its independent entrance and private en-suite bathroom. Fully furnished with a French double bed, a table, a wardrobe, and a comfortable armchair-sofa—ideal for relaxing with a cup of tea or a glass of wine while you plan your itinerary in Rome. The Space Signature Room & Slow Living This is not just a simple room to sleep in, but your privileged viewpoint on a Rome that mass tourism circuits never intercept. Located in the heart of one of Rome's most charming and elegant historic districts, just steps from the gates of Villa Borghese, the room is designed for those seeking a different travel rhythm: authentic, relaxed, and human-scale. To help you inhabit the city rather than just passing through, you will be welcomed by Small Pleasures, a notebook of personal addresses and off-the-beaten-path itineraries (from dawn walks in the park to neighborhood shops) personally curated for you. Stop. Breathe. Close your eyes for a second. Imagine the sound of footsteps on the gravel of Villa Borghese when the city is still sleeping, the fresh morning air, and a sense of time that suddenly becomes yours again. Welcome home. Here, among centuries-old pine trees and Art Nouveau architecture, you will experience a Rome that few tourists know: one made of signature breakfasts, secret gardens, and that relaxed elegance that makes you fall in love. In my apartment on Via Po, I wanted to create a retreat designed specifically for solo travelers—an invitation to experience the Capital like a true "Roman on holiday": with slowness, mindfulness, and a deep focus on quality. "I believe Rome truly reveals herself only when you learn to follow her most authentic rhythms." Your Space and Well-being The Room (Exclusive for 1 Guest): Equipped with a comfortable French double bed (140x200 cm), wardrobe, armchair, and a small table. An intimate and cozy space to recharge. Well-being at Your Fingertips: In the room, you will find a dedicated yoga mat and towel. The perfect way to start your day by reaching Piazza di Siena in Villa Borghese—the most magical place in the city to relax—in just a few minutes. Strategic Location We are in the heart of the refined Salario/Pinciano district: Villa Borghese: Just a 5 min walk—step outside and immerse yourself immediately in Rome's most magical park. Roma Termini Station: Easily reached in just a few minutes thanks to direct bus lines right outside the building, making your arrival and departure effortless. 15min Col…
