- • Please do not smoke in your room. Smoking is only allowed in certain areas of the house: terraces and patio.
- • Please do not throw papers or wet towels (including toilet paper) into the toilet, the sanitary system is not modern. Please use the bathroom basket.
- • Please do not leave wet towels on furniture or bed.
- • It is essential to us that you feel comfortable and protected. Please note that our house is a very safe place and you can leave your valuables in your room.
- • In our house we have 220 and 110 V electricity. The 220 V circuits are marked. We are not responsible for any damage caused to your electrical equipment. If you need assistance, please speak to the house manager.
- • Please feel free to enjoy the common areas of the house: terraces and patio.
- Access to the kitchen is restricted only, if you need anything in it, our staff will be happy to serve you.
- • Please use the air conditioning with the doors and windows closed. We ask you to turn off the air conditioning when you are not using the room.
- • Please speak in a low voice from 10:00 pm and before 9:00 am. Respect the peace and privacy of the guests.
- • Please check your keys and do not lose them. In case of loss you will have to pay a fee of 5 euros.
- • If you wish to bring a companion not included in your reservation, you must consult with the person in charge of the house. Please, we are a serious house and we do not allow prostitution.
