It is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and car rental offices. * We offer a family atmosphere combined with complete privacy. * We offer free street parking in front of the house and free WiFi.The room has all the comforts you need (double bed and single bed) with clean linens, air conditioning (split unit and fan), minibar, safe, and TV. It also has a fan and a rechargeable lamp in case of a power outage. Due to the country's energy situation with frequent power cuts, we have invested in a backup generator to ensure a peaceful stay. In the unlikely event of an excessively prolonged power outage that prevents the generator from recharging, we will not be able to offer this guarantee. The bathroom is large and private (hot and cold water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and a hairdryer). We offer laundry service for USD 5 per wash cycle. We speak Spanish, English, German, French, and Russian. Coffee or tea is included in the room price. You can pay in cash upon check-in.
