- The guest is required to pay a 30% deposit of the total booking amount on the day of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid 5 day before arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
- All bookings can be cancelled up to 20days before the guest’s scheduled arrival date. Any cancellation made less than 20 days before arrival will be considered non-cancellable and non-refundable, and no refund will be issued.
- By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these payment and cancellation terms.
- I warmly welcome non-smoking and sporty guests who love to keep it healthy.
- You will stay in an exceptionally clean home, with fresh or new bed linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils.
- You are also welcome to enjoy the internet and television during your stay.
