Double room available in newly renovated city centre home. The kitchen and living area are open plan. There is one bathroom upstairs and a toilet under the stairs and two double bedrooms. My house is a ten minute walk to kilkenny city centre. Excellent Wi-Fi is provided. There is a garden and patio with outdoor seating. The available room is a double room. Bathroom is shared.
