House rulesWelcome to my veteran-owned home in Spring, TX. As your live-in host, I take pride in offering a clean, respectful, and peaceful space for traveling professionals, students, and veterans. I speak English and Filipino and am happy to help you get settled upon arrival. This home operates with shared values of order, structure, and mutual respect.
- Welcome to my veteran-owned home in Spring, TX. As your live-in host, I take pride in offering a clean, respectful, and peaceful space for traveling professionals, students, and veterans. I speak English and Filipino and am happy to help you get settled upon arrival. This home operates with shared values of order, structure, and mutual respect.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. However, guests may smoke outside in the designated area near the driveway. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly to maintain cleanliness. I require advance payment through Zelle, PayPal, or bank transfer. To confirm your reservation, full payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in. My cancellation policy allows a full refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival, a 50% refund if canceled 3 to 6 days before, and no refund if canceled within 72 hours of check-in.
- Guests are expected to be respectful of others and maintain quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM. Please clean up after yourself in shared spaces like the kitchen, living room, and laundry area. Lock all doors when leaving and refrain from adjusting the thermostat or touching the electrical breaker box. Parties, loud gatherings, and unauthorized overnight guests are not allowed. The use of illegal substances or weapons on the property is strictly prohibited.
- You’ll have access to your private, fully furnished bedroom and shared access to the kitchen, living area, and laundry (available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM). Linens are provided, and guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. Street parking is available; please do not block neighbors’ driveways, and no vehicle maintenance is allowed on-site. For your safety, smart locks with fingerprint/code access are installed on private rooms and the main door. Each guest will receive a personal code and backup hard key. Please do not share your access code with others. Security cameras monitor the exterior for your protection.
