*ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS AND WORKING YOUTH* Large house in quiet neighbourhood with only 100 houses. It is a three bedroom house, with a large living room, a dining room and kitchen downstairs with a beautiful back garden for you to relax in the sun. We do not have any pets in our home. There is a large private park, Corkagh Park, a five minute walk from the house with sports facilities, flower gardens and forest. Clondalkin Village is a historic vibrant village with great restaurants, bars, cafes, gyms, swimming pool, and a shopping mall with a number of grocery stores. The villages dates back to the viking era and includes a viking museum. There are also a number of hospitals in close proximity. Dublin city centre is less than 10km away. There are a number of regular buses to and from the city centre and a nearby tram. We are are short distance from the Luas tram station that brings you directly into Dublin city in approximately 30 minutes. We look forward to hearing from you.

House rulesI live in a 3 bedroom house. We are friendly, chatty and every student that has stayed in our home has loved staying with us.

- We ask that you respect our home by not having a friend over before asking me first in advance.
- Always make sure that you close the door tight behind you.
- We like to keep a clean and tidy home so you will have to clean up after yourself, we have a dishwasher so it is easy.
- It is a non-smoking house, but you may smoke out the back garden.
- We do not have any pets and do not allow students to bring their pets into our home.
- We look forward to seeing you and having you stay in our friendly home.
