We are a studious and welcoming household. Our house is in a quiet, family area with all amenities accessible. Restaurants, cafes, shops, parks, library, swimming pool, shopping centre, pharmacy, gym etc. The house is situated less than 5km from Dublin city centre with plenty of public transports (bus, tram). We have direct bus lines to UCD, Trinity College and TUD. The house is bright, spacious, modern and cosy with all mod cons. We are a female only household; welcoming non-smoking females only.

House rulesNon smoking, female only. Shared kitchen and communal space, kept clean and tidy at all times. The bathroom and kitchen should be cleaned after usage. Bedrooms cleaned and tidied by the guests. Respectful and convivial attitude within the household. Quiet and calm from 10pm to 8am. Everything damaged or broken must be replaced/refunded. Windows and doors must be locked when leaving the house.
