Beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor, without elevator, duplex, in a nice area, 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bike from the picturesque historic center of Colmar. The apartment is distinguished by a well-established presence of wood, in beams, parquet and furniture, which gives it a friendly warmth, and large windows that shine on 3 sides. Beautiful view of the Vosges. 1 attic bedroom, without door but insulated enough to preserve your privacy, with a double bed and desk, and plenty of space to put 2 mattresses on the floor (or 3, for families of 5). A cabinet with toilet and sink. On the ground floor, you will share with us the bathroom with bath, separate toilet, kitchen and living room. Hot water is supplied by solar collectors, with the electric balloon relayed in the prolonged absence of sun. Fully equipped kitchen and warm, to which you have of course access, large table. No problem to park: the street is full of parking spaces, not paying. You will share the apartment with my daughters and me, and I will be happy to offer you a light breakfast, consisting of a hot drink, bread, butter and jam. You can complement it with pastries, the bakery is next door.
