Comfy House near Ortigia

My house is a studio apartment in a typical Sicilian courtyard. The setting is quiet, and the house is adjacent to a delicious restaurant. The studio apartment is laid out as follows: a living room with an island kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, and a bedroom on the mezzanine. The house has a large TV, Wi-Fi, a courtyard with chairs, deckchairs, and a table with an umbrella, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron, a coffee machine, sheets, towels, an oven, a microwave, and a kettle. The house is centrally located: a 3-minute walk from the bus and train stations and a 5-minute walk from the island of Ortigia, a true gem of the city. The sea is very close, as is the rest of the city. I live upstairs. I speak English and Spanish and understand some French and Portuguese.
