• Welcome! I require full payment in advance via Paypal, Zelle, Venmo or Cash app before you arrive. I do not accept cash. As last minute cancellations are costly - My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers who are committed to their booking dates. I have a strict cancellation policy.
• There are some house rules: you may not smoke on the property. This is a smoke-free property. No pets. Also, please remove your shoes at the door and wear socks — KINDLY DO NOT WALK BAREFOOT. Feel free to help yourself to the wine, beer, snack and food items in the kitchen WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU SHALL LEAVE GROCERY MONEY ON THE COUNTER for me to replace the items that you enjoyed. Please ONLY eat in the kitchen. Please DO NOT eat in the Living room - this includes the bedroom. Lastly, this is not a house to host a party. I would suggest using another venue to host your party.
• At this time, Guests may not access the backyard/patio. Guests can park their car on the street (no garage, 2 cars can fit.)
• This is an energy-efficient property. I do not allow utilities to be wasted. I have smart plugs and a Wi-Fi thermostat to control costs. The smart plugs turn some lights on at dusk (no need to leave lights on all day long) and the smart plugs help me remotely control the AC window units. I set the wifi thermostat to an appropriate temperature when the home is vacant while you are away during the day.
• There is ample street parking in front of the property. Please do not park in front of my neighbor’s blue home.

• Smoking, house parties, and rowdy behavior are not permitted on the property. This is not the house for you if you are looking to have a party or bring the party back with you. Guests are expected to be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially at night. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was when Guests arrived.

• The property is available to registered, paying Guests ONLY. Visitors are not allowed on or inside the property. If extra persons are found to be in the property, homeowner has the right to an immediate eviction. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

• Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises of this property or its facilities. In addition, the homeowner is not responsible for power, water or internet outages. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they may invite, with Homeowners consent, to use the premise. Pets are not permitted on the property without prior approval from Homeowner. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the street. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the rental for the amount of persons in the reservation, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. Any evidence of damage caused by Guests will result in additional charges to Guest, depending on the extent of damage.
• Due to recent freeloading behavior, exterior security cameras were installed on the premises. Tampering with the security cameras will necessitate an immediate eviction WITHOUT a refund. If this is an issue, kindly move on and book with someone else.
