Safe neighbourhood and we have our own security guard at night. The property is serviced by a solar geyser for hot water and solar power augmented by power utility. There is a borehole for water and backup tank. The neighborhood has nearby restaurants, medical facilities and shopping malls all within a radius of 5 km. Reacreational facilities are also very close

House rulesWe like to have a peaceful and quiet environment. So noises must be kept to a minimum. Ideally we would want guests to be back by 10 pm but any other times can be arranged. We prefer the rooms to be kept in a neat and tidy condition. Visitors are to be kept at a minimum and not allowed after 10 pm unless by prior arrangement. Drinking on-site must be kept to a minimum. Guests are free to use any part of the property, sit outside, engage in bird watching and so on. Any gardening tips and help is most welcome!
