The house features generous shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and a versatile open area suitable for stretching or yoga, reading, or setting up a projector. You’ll also have access to laundry facilities and the garden with a grill. The home has a bright, eclectic, postcolonial style;) with plenty of natural light and a charming rose garden. We are located in a residential area of central Coyoacán, a 15-minute walk away from the iconic fountain with the Coyotes. This is an excellent location for guests interested in the cultural and bohemian character of southern Mexico City, writers, remote workers, and exchange students. Advantage location to commute to Tec de Monterrey CCM. Also CEPE/UNAM, UVM, and other schools of southern CDMX, will find convenient transport options nearby, including Metro Line 2, Tren Ligero, trolleybus routes, and Ecobici. The neighborhood also offers cafés, restaurants, markets, cinema complexes, and cultural centers within walking distance. Each garden-facing bedroom includes a double bed, desk, ample closet space, and good lighting. Bathrooms are either ensuite or located just next to the room.
