Cozy 2 Room Studio with own Bath

Welcome to our little sanctuary! We are an open-minded, warm, all-female household living in a beautiful house surrounded by a gorgeous, blooming rose garden that you are more than welcome to enjoy and relax in. When you stay with us, you will have the entire 2nd floor completely to yourself (about 65 sqm)! It feels like a private oasis featuring three wonderful rooms: a huge, cozy studio (which includes your own small, private fridge), your own private bedroom, a fully private bathroom and a private balcony just for you. As for the rest of the house: I live on the 1st floor and share it with a lovely, friendly female student who rents a room here. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living room. We truly value a warm, respectful atmosphere where everyone can have a nice chat but also enjoy their absolute privacy whenever they need it. To keep our daily life smooth, our kitchen can be used upon request for preparing small, light meals. Similarly, our large hobby room in the basement with a projector for movie nights, as well as the washing machine, are available upon request. Who we love to host: Our home is a safe and welcoming space, which is why we naturally prioritize solo female travelers. However, please feel free to reach out if you are traveling as a couple or if you are a mother exploring the world with your child – upon request, we would love to welcome you to our home and make your stay unforgettable!
