• We provide a cozy and bright room within a large and secure apartment located in a high standard condominium of the city. Cable TV, wardrobe, air conditioning in the room. Gourmet kitchen available and other common areas. The location is the difference, it is 500 meters from a modern shopping center and 1.5 km from the main beach and tourist point of the city: Ponta Negra beach.

• Our apartment is next to the Arena da Amazônia, where the World Cup games took place in 2014.
• Guest access
• - You will have access: to the balcony, to the kitchen utilities, living room, a toilet and a bathroom, besides the own room leased;
• - The refrigerator is for collective use, and you can store your purchases in the space provided at the time of check-in (the first shelf);
• - Household cooking utensils are available for use, and should be promptly washed, dried and stored at their place of origin after use;
• - In the bathroom we provide 01 face towel, plus 01 body towel per guest per week and rolls of toilet paper as basic items;
• - We do not have soaps, shampoos, conditioners, razors or moisturizers;
• - You will receive 01 key from the service door of the house as soon as you combine with us your check-in;
• - Do not forget to return the key at the end of your stay, you can even leave it at the concierge if it is impossible to return it to the Host;
