Our home is located on the 7th floor of a quiet residential condominium with 24/7 front-desk security in central Lima (Breña, bordering Jesús María). It is an accessible, central neighborhood: Just steps away from La Rambla Brasil shopping mall, Plaza Vea supermarket, and Promart home center, 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Lima, and about 35 minutes by official taxi from the international airport. Direct transit routes easily connect you to Miraflores, San Isidro and San Miguel. I host alongside my mother, Carmen, a warm and caring co-host. We offer a 100% LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful, and open-minded home. I am a communications consultant and an AIESEC alumnus; I speak fluent English, native Spanish, and conversational German, while my mother speaks basic English and welcomes guests warmly. We value peaceful routines, cleanliness, and cultural exchange, while fully respecting your private schedule. You will stay in a bright private bedroom with its own lock and personal keys. It features a comfortable 1.5-size (semi-double) bed, fresh linens, a dedicated study/laptop desk, adjustable window blinds, and ultra-fast 1000 Mbps fiber optic internet powered by Wi-Fi 6 Mesh—perfect for remote study, research, or work. The bathroom is shared only with me and has reliable 24/7 hot water. You have full access to our living room with smart TV, laundry area with a washing machine and balcony clothesline, and an equipped kitchen to prepare meals (including coffee/tea and dedicated refrigerator space). We are always on hand to welcome you in person, help you get settled, and make your stay in Lima safe, productive, and memorable.

- Home atmosphere: This is a chill home base for resting, working remotely, and exploring the city. Lima has an incredible nightlife scene to enjoy outside, so we keep the apartment itself party-free.
