As a single working professional myself, I understand the value of a quiet, comfortable home base. You will be sharing the house with me, I am renting 1 bedroom in the house. Situated in a scenic neighborhood, this homestay offers a spacious room outfitted with a queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful sleep. The home comes fully equipped for your convenience. You'll have access to a well-appointed kitchen complete with all necessary cutlery, a cooktop, and an oven, perfect for preparing your meals. Additionally, a washing machine is available, making it easy to manage laundry during your stay. Transportation is a breeze with a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away, taking you to Laverton Station in 5 minutes. From Laverton, an express metro departs every 10 minutes, whisking you to the city center (Southern Cross) in just 25 minutes. Enjoy the local charm of Altona Meadows with easy access to stunning walking trails and convenient public transportation.
