Cultural experience in Lina's Home

Welcome to Lina’s Home! This is more than just a place to stay. When you stay with us, you can experience real home-cooked Chinese food with my family. We also have free Chinese language & culture classes at home. The classes cover travel Chinese, simple conversation, Chinese characters, China geography (great for your trips) and more. You can see the attached pictures. I really enjoy meeting people from all over the world and spending nice time together. I studied and lived in Europe before, and I met many kind people there. Now I’m happy to welcome you to China and to our home. My family are easy-going. My husband is always ready to help you.We are glad to help you with anything you need, whether it’s travelling around China, learning Chinese or getting to know Chinese culture. We live in a duplex apartment on the top floor. There is a big terrace with lots of flowers, and you can see our neighbourhood from there. You can relax or do some light exercise outside. We have three guest rooms. They are quiet, private and comfortable, with air conditioning, hairdryers, new mattresses and other things you may need. These rooms are perfect for people travelling in Shanghai or studying here. My family stays downstairs. We have a kitchen, dining room and a big living room. You are welcome to join us for tea or coffee. I am a certified Mandarin teacher for international students and I also work at a local school. I love sharing Chinese history, traditions and beautiful places with you. During your stay, you can learn some Chinese and experience our culture. My mum is a wonderful cook. Many foreign guests loved her cooking. She is friendly and likes exercising every day. What is included in your booking: full breakfast, purified water, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and hair dryer. If you want to change your stay length after booking, just tell me, and we can talk about it. Extra services you can choose: • Homemade dinner: 50 CNY per meal • Private Chinese lessons with me (HSK1–HSK5, beginner to C1) We are looking forward to meeting you.
