Next to restaurants, cafes, bars and groceries and near a weekend farmer's market with fresh veggies, flowers, and treats along the park. It has high ceilings, a brightly sunlit living room, and is on a tree-lined block. Share with a lefty female filmmaker/writer who gardens and goes to see music. Please inquire before booking.

- I very occasionally petsit so that could come up.
- The kitchen is vegetarian in regards to cooking, but you can store, eat, and microwave (in separate dishes) whatever you want.
- In general it's very peaceful here, please just practice normal roommate etiquette with noise and cleaning up after oneself. Don’t leave dishes in the sink, wipe down surfaces if you make them dirty, etc - you’re like a roommate while here.
- I prefer a 50% deposit for the first month at booking and the balance upon arrival. For longterm bookings, we can discuss the best method.
