The flat is in a great Hove location between Brunswick and Palmeira Squares, around five minutes' walk from the seafront and Hove Lawns. Farm Road and Church Road's cafés, shops, restaurants and bars are also just a few minutes away. Brighton city centre is around a 15-minute walk, with good transport links nearby and convenient access to both Brighton and Hove stations.
