Your retro 60s-inspired room has a lockable door + private bathroom, plus access to our kitchen and living space. The space A cosy double bedroom with a desk in our Victorian terraced house, just a 2-minute walk from the very famous Penny Lane. This is a private room in our shared home, and we only host one room so there are no other guests. We keep a calm, relaxed home environment with quiet hours between 11pm–7am. The room is up one flight of stairs, with a private bathroom and shower just outside in the corridor. Guests are welcome to make tea and coffee and use the microwave in the kitchen, or relax in the shared living room. We have two friendly indoor house cats, Mando and Pepper, who may come by to say hello! Guest access Guests have access to their private bedroom and bathroom which is just across the hall, as well as the shared kitchen and living room. During your stay We are usually around in the house or available via whatsapp/messaging if you need anything during your stay. We’re happy to offer local recommendations or have a chat! But we also fully respect your privacy and are just as happy to leave you to enjoy your stay. Other things to note This is a shared home so is best suited for short stays of 1–6 nights. Please respect the house rules, including no additional overnight guests and no pets in the bedroom. We ask guests to keep shared spaces tidy and be considerate of our home and our cats. We are very close to Greenbank Halls of Residence (University of Liverpool), just a 10-minute walk away, which is ideal if you are visiting students.
