House rulesNo smoking or loud noise. Respectful of privacy. Kitchen closed from 9 pm so please have evening meal cooked and eaten before 9 pm. Kitchen can be used for preparation of meals but is not an office space. Please refrain from using nails, cellotape or tack on bedroom walls. My home is best suited to students who are out in college during the day and not spending days in the home.
