I am a female in her late 30's living downtown in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I am looking for a female roommate to share the condo with me. You will have your own bathroom with shower stall. The bedroom and condo are fully furnished. Your room has a double bed, desk, lamps, bedside tables, built in closet system and dresser. Internet, some streaming apps and all utilities are included. There is a dishwasher, fridge, stove, freezer, in suite washer and dryer and gas fireplace. The building has an amenities room and a gym. Location is in Eau Claire with easy and quick access to the river pathways. Close to the c-train and within the free zone.
