Private room with 150 x 200 bed, full bathroom en suite, private kitchenette, small workspace with WiFi, TV, direct access to private space common terrace in family housing. Light breakfast included. Parking place included. To ensure you travel light, we have everything you may need for your stay: beach and toiletries towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, beach chairs, and parasol. With all the amenities, next to supermarket and stores, within a radius of 600 meters from the beach of Viborilla and some of the best restaurants in Benalmadena, such as Yin Teppan Yaki, the Trocadero, Malibu Beach, Viborilla, Yucas. Good transport connections to Malaga and surrounding areas by train and buses near the apartment. Important: Our accommodation is part of a family home. We live here and share the common areas, although the room we rent is private and has its own area. We value good communication and respectful coexistence. Therefore, we prefer guests with a complete profile and who tell us a little about themselves when making the reservation request. This accommodation is ideal for calm, sociable people with a positive attitude to share an environment with the hosts. If you're looking for complete independence and zero interaction, this place probably isn't the best fit for you.

- FORMA DE PAGO:
- El pago se realizará: el 25% al momento de la reserva y el saldo restante deberá abonarse al menos cinco días antes de la fecha de llegada. Los pagos se realizarán mediante transferencia bancaria o Paypal.
- POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN:
- El depósito del 25% abonado al realizar la reserva no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación. El 75% restante deberá abonarse al menos cinco días antes de la llegada y será reembolsable si la cancelación se realiza antes de la fecha límite de pago. Una vez abonado el saldo restante, este tampoco será reembolsable.
- Horario de silencio de 22 a 8 horas.
- No está permitido fumar en ninguna zona del apartamento incluida la terraza.
- No está permitido traer a terceras personas al apartamento. Sólo las personas registradas tendrán acceso a la vivienda.
