Looking for one or two room mates who are conscious minded mindful humans to share this home and the garden with. Great for college professionals and traveling nurse. I’m currently doing repairs on the home to get it ready for renters and prepared for spring. Rooms can be rented furnished or emptied. There is a 20ft yurt on the property I am fixing up to stay in.. Ideal room mates will pay $1400 per month this Includes utilities). Water, Trash, Sewer, Smud, PGE, Streaming Services. 2 bathroom in the house. I will take care of yard maintenance. The garden if interested will be active as long as room mates are interested in helping out. There are 4 16x4 garden beds so it’s a lot for one person. Cleaning will be split between all parties living here to be agreed upon at time of rental. Common areas are shared and we can negotiate quiet times based on work schedules. There are two driveways providing ample parking for rv or boat. The property is home to a CSA milk drop so customers will be coming and going at one of the driveways outside throughout the week.
