• Since medical expenses in Japan are expensive,I recommend that you have overseas travel insurance.
• Cancellation Policy:I ask our guests to give us at least 7 days notice for any cancellation.Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
• If the guest cancels the long-term stay before the start date, the first month's worth will be paid to the host in full and will not be refunded to the guest.
• In case of cancellation in the middle of stay, guests must surely agree to change the date of withdrawal from the host with online reservation change tool. Regardless of the date of departure after the change, guests are required to pay the host for 30 nights after cancellation (if the original reservation is less than 30 nights remaining, until the last day of the original reservation). After the booking is confirmed, an ID will be requested. You will receive an email with instructions, and you will need to provide it before your arrival date for safety and verification purposes.
• If there is a cigarette odor in the room and balcony when you check out,You have to pay the deodorize treatment fee for wall, floor and furnitures.
• If you brougt bed bugs, You also have to pay extermination costs.
