The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful, and you'll love having your own separate entrance. Whether you're staying for a week or longer, this unit is the perfect home away from home.. It is close to Bridletowne mall (10-15 minute walk), 2 minute walk to the park, and about a 5 minute drive away from Seneca college. The closest bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away (that goes to Donmills station/Finch Station). Making Payments Please pay monthly in cash or by e-transfer by dividing the total cost of the time you stay here by each month and pay me…..payment starts on the day you arrive or you can pay the total cost of your stay here up front in full. Receipts will be given upon request. Cancellation Policy We asked our guest to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this there will be no refund.
