My house is simple; I have one bedroom with a private bathroom upstairs. The rest of the house has my suite downstairs, and the living room and kitchen are shared with the girls who come to stay. I have two cats and a dog. The person who comes to share the house must love animals, as they are like children to me. I am a 52-year-old woman. My daughters are adults and have just moved to another house near the university. I live in a house where I share the yard with my mother and sister. The neighborhood where I live is very central, with famous bars, and the beach is a 20-minute walk away. I am easygoing and would like whoever rents with me to be easygoing too.
