Family home of 600 sq mt located in one of the finest areas of Lima, La Planicie, La Molina district,, close to tennis court and a Golf Club. Our home owns indoors and outdoors gardens, pool, gym, BBQ and a small basquetball court. The guest room can accomodate up to two persons. has a private bathroom with tube. Our house is only 3 years old. The guest can access to our spacious dinning room, kitchen with dining area, living room, and sala estar, as well as, t the laundry area. We are a family comprised of 4, two children of 16 and 11 years old and a lovely pet, a Westhighland White Terrier dog.
