I am offering a lovely clean, light and airy home in a great area. The room comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobes to the ceiling, cooling fan and a shared bathroom next door. All bills are included in the rent. The shared common area includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and a TV lounge area. There's an outside clothesline and a small balcony to enjoy the fresh air and peace. It's a 10-minute walk to Carnegie, a bustling Community Hub enjoyed by locals and students and only a 3 minute walk to Murrembeena train station. Only 5-minutes walk to the local bus service direct to Chadstone Shopping Centre and there are great running and cycling trails close by with beautiful parklands. Enjoy this prime location with a friendly mature woman who enjoys having students come and stay.
