Charming Cape Cod style home near downtown Los Angeles. We live in a 3 bedroom house and 1 1/2 bathroom on the north east side of Los Angeles. Our home is centrally located, only 10 minutes drive from Pasadena, downtown Los Angeles and San Marino. We have a medium size kitchen and a separate dining room next to the kitchen. There is a living room and a family room. We have a large backyard and a small front yard. The backyard is quiet enough for doing some serious studying but also has some wild life visitors. One may observe Monarch butterflies, humming birds, hawks, and all sorts of sparrows either feeding or bathing. There is plenty of space for studying of sunbathing in the backyard in total privacy! There is also a gas barbecue.

- Please note: a 14% transient occupancy tax will be collected upon arrival and $30.00 cleaning fee must also be paid as you check in, in cash. Also in order to secure your room full payment must be received a week before arrival. If full payment is not received 48 hours before your arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled. You can pay via PayPal. if you want to pay everything via PayPal, you can. For national security reasons, you must present a photo ID, such as driver's license or passport.
- A $100.00 cash deposit is required which is returned at end of stay, if no damages are found in the room or property.
