Family home in residential neighborhood! We are a young couple have no children but have pets in the area outside the house. Our house has a living room, open kitchen with counter for quick meals, gourmet, half bath, 3 car garage, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and one suite with TV and a bedroom with bunk bed. We are located in a very quiet, close to several bus lines and only 20 minutes from the capital Belo Horizonte center, but offset to enjoy the nightlife is not necessary residential neighborhood because the neighborhood has great choice of bars and restaurants. Our house is only 2 years old, well ventilated and receives enough sunlight. I love cooking and you can enjoy some delicious during your stay. We are happy to welcome you!

House rulesSmoking inside the house is not allowed. There is a covered area on the outside of the house in which smoking is permitted. Be careful to keep the house safe with the front gate always locked up and out of the car through the garage wait until the electronic gate is fully closed before leaving. Pets are not allowed inside the house. Feel free to use the kitchen, but clean it after using it, put all the utensils used in the dishwasher! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight. Do not invite strangers to come into our house, if you want to invite a friend, combine me before. Enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would treat your own home!
